- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new market/potential market.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
- Training personnel and report their performance.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO, Social Media, Website, Digital Media Marketing, Email, Client Handling and advertising campaign.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
