• Liaising between management and faculty members
  • ensure smooth and effective implementation of academic calendars/scheduling of courses
  • will be assessing the needs and requirements of the faculty and other operations of academic department
  • maintain all sorts of documentation related to course content, class schedules, faculty attendance and documents related to student affairs.
  • Handle incoming queries of both students and faculty members regarding the problems/issues
  • Deliver new academic content according to daily and monthly targets
  • Provide assistance to faculty members in developing and maintaining continual education support materials to be used for reference once the training is completed
  • Manage team effectively
  • Having interest in training and development activities
