Education and Training:

ACCA certified and college degree from a recognized institution
Working experience in any Accounting or Tax software- QuickBooks experience is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting firm dealing with multiple client’s portfolio.
Experience with CRM software.
Advance knowledge of the financial reporting process
Foundational knowledge of the audit process, standards and guidelines.
Accounting Principles and Practices: Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply accounting principles, standards, guidelines, and practices. Advanced knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Records and reconciles balance sheet accounts including cash, intercompany, prepaid, accruals and Bank account Reconciliation
Advanced organizational and planning skills, project planning and management skills. Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple clients with payroll, sales tax, and monthly financials requirements.
Reviews transactions to verify compliance with Pathfinder and donor policies and regulations.
Compute & ensures that government taxes are correctly calculated and paid on time and file tax returns.
Ability to manage a team of 2 to 5. Review their work and report to management.
Will require to pass QuickBooks training and certification during trail period (fully compensated )
Will be required to complete some Tax training during trial period. (Fully compensated)
Leads, manages or participates on cross-functional project teams. Facilitate work of Program staff by providing information, analysis and reports as required.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
No cell phone or personal computer will be allowed in workplace. Use of phone will be only for emergencies.
