Premier Choice International – a leading real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking to hire for a Director Sales position. This individual shall be responsible for establishing and implementing PCI’s overall commercial strategy through utilization of appropriate channels in order to establish and strengthen organization’s brand identity and overall profitability.

  • Providing strategic advisory to Executive Management on Commercial and Business aspects of new and upcoming projects.
  • Strategically planning and launching new products/services aimed to enhance business prospects.
  • Creating and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies in order to meet individual and collective sales targets.
  • Actively seeking new business avenues using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methodologies.
  • Hiring, training and motivating Sales & Marketing teams to provide high quality customer service to external & internal clients.
  • Focusing both on (a) generating new business; and (b) enhancing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons.
  • Evaluating market trends to determine pricing in order to balance critical environmental factors like costs, competition, and supply/demand scenario.
  • Preparing accurate and purposeful sales reports documenting marketing budgets/actual spend, current market share, proportion of direct & indirect sales, marketing plans and other significant reporting parameters.
  • Consulting with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance and suggest actions, where required.
  • Managing partner agencies & internal/external Sales Communications.
  • Contract negotiations for resale of existing properties.
  • Managing client portfolios (i.e. existing clients and generating new clients to achieve revenue goals).
  • Suggesting investment plans to the clients depending on their preferences and budget.
  • Identifying potential clients for generating leads for Sales team.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and recommending ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Focusing on unique value proposition of delivered and upcoming projects.
  • Perform other relevant duties efficiently as and when assigned by Supervisor and/or concerned superiors.
