Sales Executive

Premier Choice International is a real Estate and Development company in Islamabad, which requires experienced or fresh graduates for Real Estate Sales and Marketing in Bahria Town Phase 7 Office.We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to help us keep growing.Customer Satisfaction always take priority but effectively done make it possible.Strong work ethic, leadership skills and experienced leader with a goal to move up in the Sales Field by creating monthly targets.Market competitive salary plus incentives

Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features
Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation
Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects
Increase business by following up on potential leads
Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Set individual sales targets
Aim to achieve assigned weekly or monthly targets
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
