- Communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project regarding job concerns and operational issues.
- Achieve annual revenue and gross margin goals.
- Establish relation with Consultants, end users, key vendors through leads and networking with previous customers.
- To be able to advice the clients for most suitable options for their tours.
- To maintain close communication with relevant clients all the time on the progress of the bookings.
- To be able to identify opportunities to improve operational and services procedures.
- Supporting the planning process and ensure key performance indicators are in and to make sure that your all staff have all resources for task completion.
- Having a key eye on budget and budgetary changes.
