We are looking for a passionate HR Officer who possesses an excellent knowledge of various HR functions and good understanding of labor laws

Job Description

  • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and to keep the Management up to date on the market practices.
  • Design, review and implement corporate policies and SOPs.
  • Conducts gap analysis to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire).
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • Manage corporate health and life insurance and ensure timely processing of health claims.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations including PESSI, EOBI, Labor Department.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the group of companies.
  • Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the BODs.
  • Impact assess the equality and diversity impact of all HR policies.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to group remuneration policy and practices.
  • Develop appropriate employment conditions and support to company staff deployed on assignments.
  • Monitor employment legislation developments, assess the impact on the group company and develop policies to maintain legal compliance.
  • Provide oversight of the Company’s approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness and assess appropriate methodologies for implementation.
  • Stakeholders data collection and manage training, if & when required.
  • Helps in manage the administrative tasks.
  • Helps in court proceedings & related services, if any.
  • Helps in social media marketing and brand development tasks (online).
  • Any other task assigns by the management.
