RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist customer operations and tasks on daily basis such as sales processes, orders and payments.
· Must monitor the sales representative performance in order to determine the areas where improvement is needed.
· Make sure to maintain good customer relationship with high-end customers in order to enhance sales as well as to increase customer base.
· Communicate with clients and take account of their needs.
· Train and support new sale associates.
· Explaining company products/ services in detail to attract potential customers to influence purchase.
· Ensure that Quotation is sent from the office to the customers.
· Make sure to maintain long term relationship by having communication with the existing clients via telephone or email.
· To communicate customer experiences and feedbacks with the management to re-create companies strategies.
· To coordinate with the factory/ store and ensure the productivity and to provide solutions to enhance profit.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Follow up with customers who responded to marketing programs and campaigns.
