Job responsibilities:

  • Perform Sales and Delivery Order Management tasks
  • Contribute to the development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication related to order management e.g. product availability, order status, and delivery tracking
  • Support Credit Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable Follow-up
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management
  • Handle customer complaints via Non-conformance Management (NCM) system Actively communicate status, investigation results, and corrective actions to the customer andensure on-time closure for non-product quality-related complaints.
  • Capture customer expectations / requirements and feedback to BU / Functions  
  • Support implementation of business rules related to customer order management process
  • Provide order status reports and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast
  • Contribute to further development of customer care organizations in the Asia Pacific, fostering a culture of customer focus in the team
  • Provide monthly KPI data
  • Regional Coordination (emails and phone calls) for import tracking and follow-up on shipments
  • Communication with Customer on updates on orders, follow up on LC, update on shipment, follow-up on repeat orders.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; and 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training·
  2. Extensive experience in customer service, sales, and/or logistics·
  3. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders  · 
  4. Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English. · 
  5. Working experience of SAP and CRM.· 
  6. Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK·
  7. Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines  ·
  8. Growth mindset
