- Sufficient knowledge about product recipes, product mix, product formulation and product development
- knows how to handle all baked goods for packaging and presentation
- To control all operation regarding production and quality of all bakery products.
- Control wastages, Bakery product costing, Labor management.
- Ensure the Inventory for Bakery is adequately stocked
- Manage and operate bakery outlets
- Inspect bakery items to ensure the established standards of Food
- Keep an eye on the sanity and cleanliness of bakery.
