Job Role and Duties:
Corporate Affairs Management:
- Management of Business Support Team.
- Manage Regularity Affairs.
- Representing the business with counter Parties.
Strategic Planning:
- Risk Management.
- Negotiations.
- Challenges & Hurdles.
Compliance:
- Lead the Compliance Function.
- Ensure Policies, Systems & Procedures are Enforced & Adhered to.
Administration:
- House Keeping, Security & Admin Staff Management.
- Vendor Management.
- Procurement.

Education:
- LLB or equivalent.

- Proficient in MS Office.
