We are looking for a HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING.
Job Role and Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
- Prepare sales plans, programs and annual budgets.
- Ensure top line performance of sales team and review their performance periodically. Take measures to improve team performance to achieve business results.
- To establish and develop professional relationships with SBP's.
- To provide guidance and coordination for operation excellence in time with flexibility and profitability.
Qualification & Skills:
- MBA or similar discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience.
- Preference will be given to the candidate from FMCG and Pharma Sector
