Job Role and Duties:
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
- Installing new hardware i.e. printers and computer.
- Install windows OS new software.
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet and install antivirus protection.
- Supervising helpdesk and attends all it based tickets and resolve problems.
- Installation of bio-metric machines.
- Hardware and software trouble shooting.
- Installation and connectivity network printer to users.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BS in computer) or similar discipline.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience.
- Effective communication skills.
