Primary:
1. Effectively set, priorities and deliver the site maintenance and reliability strategy, taking into consideration - data collection, criticality assessments, FMEA, predictive and preventative maintenance, planning, scheduling
2. Review spare parts system
3. Work in close partnership with the site management team to identify, resolve and communicate issues impacting on production, Health & Safety as well as Quality
4. Drive to zero breakdowns by leading the asset management and maintenance/reliability strategy program.
Secondary:
1. Plan & manage plant shutdown engineering works
2. Effectively manage the team to deliver KPI targets
3. Calibration and testing of critical equipment
