- To reach out the best suitable candidates.
- Can make effective Job Ads and can design on Canvas etc.
- Should be able to use Applicant Tracking System.
- Can take candidates' basic information and arrange their interviews with line managers.
- Maintain & develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Maintain database of candidates, interviews and recommendations.
