• Should be able to find candidates from online marketplaces i.e. LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, WhatsApp groups, Facebook. etc.
  • To reach out the best suitable candidates.
  • Can make effective Job Ads and can design on Canvas etc.
  • Should be able to use Applicant Tracking System.
  • Can take candidates' basic information and arrange their interviews with line managers.
  • Maintain & develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Maintain database of candidates, interviews and recommendations.
