We are looking for a SALES MANAGER for our Office.
Job Role and Duties:
- Develop new sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify sales opportunities and meet our sales targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Communicate with prospective clients over the phone and meet them in person if needed.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7-9 Years of experience in selling luxury properties.
- A large database of relevant customers & clients built over the years.
- Confident in nature with extremely strong verbal skills.
