Programmers Force is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
Skill Required:
- Must be able to handle multiple emailing platforms: Gmail, Hubspot and Mac Mail.
- Polished Research skills: Understands B2B Marketing, and Sales Protocol.
- Develop contracts, and holds key negotiation skills.
- Draft client proposals, and business presentations.
- Experience in customer relations and deal closing protocol.
- Must be skilled at gauging and understanding client history through existing email communication.
- Stay up to date with company products and services to entertain client queries directly.
- Prompt and timely communication to address queries.
- Maintaining a database for efficient recordkeeping.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales goals.
