Lawyer - UK Qualified

Programmers Force is a Fintech development company that develops applications for large financial institutes around the world. We take pride in developing alternative finance applications and our own machine-learning-based fraud prediction system to minimize charge backs merchants facing online. We are looking for a Fresh UK qualified Lawyers to join our rapidly growing team as an in-house counsel to handle all legal matters about intellectual property rights of company products and inventions.

Skills & Requirements

• The main emphasis of your job is to learn about the intellectual property law and its implementation for the company's products and inventions and get the job done in this respect.

• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)

• Develop company policy and position on legal issues

• Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks

• Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents

• Represent company in legal proceedings (court trials etc.)

Requirements:

• A fresh foreign qualified graduate preferably from UK

• Clear concept about corporate law (intellectual property rights, contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, licensing, zoning laws)

• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail

• Computer skills

• Current license to practice law

• BS degree in Law from UK or equaling foreign University
