Our job is to recruit Healthcare Professionals using various methods such as Marketing, Advertisements, and calling all from Pakistan.
PRG is a well-known nursing and care agency, Established in 2017, we enjoy an exceptional reputation within the industry for service excellence and have a loyal customer base.
Due to increasing demand, we are looking to expand the team.
Our specialist recruiters place healthcare professionals into leading private healthcare brands and support the healthcare industry in the UK through a chronic shortage of Healthcare Professionals.
Office Timings would be 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm (PST) 5 days a week
You will be involved in resourcing suitable candidates, interviewing them and booking them onto shifts.
You will be placing candidates who make a difference and save lives.

Required Skills:

Good English communication and telephone skills (Including written) Previous recruitment experience ideally but willing to consider vertical market experience.
Knowledge of recruitment channels and ability to screen CVs and select suitable candidates.
Good understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
