- Inbound and Outbound (Local Calls)
- Prepare call log and call reports as necessary.
- Add tickets of customer complaints
- Good Communication skills (Urdu / English)
- Good computer knowledge (outlook, excel, google maps)
- Previous Vehicle Tracking company experience will be a plus point.
