Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines while targeting British market.

Nature of Work:

The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally 24/7 on Inbound and Outbound Sales & Support calls, emails and live chat. In order to expand its outreach, we are looking forward to working with some of the finest individuals with excellent communication and selling skills - individuals who have desire to learn, develop, excel and achieve the highest standards. Working on strict deadlines, the individuals must be target oriented and highly motivated and have a flair for accepting challenges. If you have these qualities, you will surely fit right into our vibrant team.

Suitable Profile for this Program:

· Preferably candidates with Graduate and O & A level educational background are preferred,

· Experience in generating sales and handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat,

· Candidates with foreign education and experience are encouraged to apply,

· Preference would be given to those who have worked on any International Sales & Support campaign within the UK,

· Proven and verifiable Sales track record especially in Real Estate industry.

Skills required for this position

· Excellent selling skills with proven track record of B2B and B2C sales

· Excellent verbal communication and comprehension

· Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent

· Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills
