1. Preparation of monthly financial statement.
2. Monthly recording of segment wise and site wise revenue, costs and related accruals.
3. Preparation of cost schedules and balance sheet schedules.
4. Recording of all invoices in accounting system including charging expenses to appropriate heads and cost centers on a daily basis.
5. Recording of receipts in accounting system and settlement of receivable.
6. Daily reconciliation of cash sales at all sites as per the system based reports with the amount deposited in bank.
7. Book keeping reconciliation of all inter company transactions and balances on monthly basis.
8. Recording and accounting of fixed assets addtitions, disposal and dep? reciation in the fixed assets register.
9. Preparation of other analysis such as inventory analysis, procurement analysis, margin analysis etc.
10. Assist AM Finance in preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis.
11. Assist AM Finance in statuory & quarterly financial reporting and external & internal audits.
12. Any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments assigned by line manager.
