Responsibilities
- Facilitate in conducting periodic compliance risk maturity assessment exercises.
- Review and evaluate compliance risks with respect to their impact, criticality and frequency of occurrence.
- Implement, monitor and enhance Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption program.
- Maintain compliance register and update it as per the operational needs.
- Carry out periodic compliance reviews and assessments of critical areas under the compliance framework and in line with the compliance risk assessment findings.
- Carry out research on key compliance areas for formulation of compliance related policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with concerned teams to ensure that all identified compliance issues are rectified and addressed in a timely manner.
- Support in preparation of the periodic reports on the performance of the Compliance Program to the Management.
- Develop compliance training material and conduct topic specific workshops based on specific operational needs.
- Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification
- Master's/Professional degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Management or related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
-
1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Working experience in telecom sector will be an advantage
