Major Responsibilities:

Ability to write & optimize SQL, PL/SQL
-
Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts, Normalized/ De-normalized Models, Data Structures

SQL Testing Methodology
-
Ability to liaise with business teams to understand, analyze and refine the application requirements; participate in the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions (Development Lifecycle)

Successful and optimized delivery of customer requests for business analytics.

Ensuring that all delivered solutions are fully optimized in order to exploit the strength of the underlying Teradata database, BI Tools.

In depth knowledge of Agile Methodology, and able/willing to use in day-to-day handling of multiple tasks.

Conduct data exploration to gain deeper understanding of different reporting needs.

Ability to work independently or as part of team on critical tasks.
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree Computer Science/ IT / Software Engineering
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in writing SQL, PL/SQL.
- Teradata certifications shall be a plus.
