RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Labor and Commercial litigation, recovery cases, criminal matters before the Courts and Tribunals.
- Monitor the implementation of laws applicable to the Organization.
- Provide guidance for Legal Proceedings.
- Monitor employees, commercial and corporate affairs to ensure there are no legal complications.
- Drafts and reviews various company documents.
- Draft plaints, petitions, legal notices & its replies.
- Prepare legal correspondence with cross functional departments.
- Vetting of legal documents.
- Giving advises on legal matters.
- Follow up of labour, commercial, corporate, and consumer Litigation at regional level.
- Liaison with regions regarding Progress of Cases.
- Liaison with external counsels regarding fixation of cases.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards and monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree LLB/LLM from a reputed University.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in relevant field.
