· Design Solution Corporate Products & Services to Multinationals, Financial Institutions, Banks, Govt., Local companies and telecom sector as ICT Services provider. · This position will organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the commercial Pre-Sales engagement for prospective customer. · Clearly define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry. · Prepare proposals in a timely manner to comply with internal review requirements and customer requirements. · Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers, the position will provide all commercial (Cost) information and proposals to Corporate Sales as well as Customer Engagement Engineers (CEE). · Maintain knowledge of approved company vendors, estimating methods as well as project execution procedures. · Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes with document template management in line with company branding. · Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders · Ability to engage and convince sales teams in pricing decisions in order to achieve the competitiveness · Support the sales organization to ensure timely responses to tenders/RFPs/EOI/RFQ etc. · Develop and present customer presentations at every customer’s organization level. · Costing & commercials finalization support to Sales team. · Vet contracts technically based on the scope of work of the projects. · Gather support from Product/MS/ICT teams/HQ Support teams in providing solutions to the corporate customers timely. · Respond to all RFPs in association with the Customer Service and Product Development wing PTCL H/Qs. · Ensure that all Pre-Sales personnel including Pre-Sales Assistant Managers maintain and develop the following skills. · Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences · Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills · Ability to understand business processes and business problems · Strong analytical skills · Ability to understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems · Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements · Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible. · Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling - Ensure that Sales, Product Development
and Customer receive support as they request - Vendor dealing and management as per
the PTCL policy - Customer expectation management as per
the PTCL policy - Preparation of technical scope as per
the customer requirements of the agreement for any customize project between PTCL and 3rd Party vendors - Technical project knowledge
sharing/guidance and support to project team during delivery of customize solution if require - Any other official task assigned by the
