Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for putting in place Managed Service portfolio for various products and services
· Business Owner and
responsible for assigned Product Portfolio
·
Work with Technical teams to develop solutions that
meet customer needs
·
Develop product support
processes with close coordination of vendors
·
Manage cross-functional
team to roll out new products on a timely manner
·
Track and analyze
revenue performance of products
·
Establish product
policies and best practices
·
Develop product
presentation materials and conduct product training to sales
·
Develop & support
pre-sales & post-sales processes
·
Incubate New Technology
Areas including New Product Developments
·
Preparing forecasts,
business plans , Product roadmaps and Marketing Plans
