Responsibilities:
- Implement strategy to increase revenues from corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines
- Understanding, customizing and developing customer requirements
- Inventory forecasting and allocations
- Product pricing
- Agreements vetting
- Designing and integration of billing solutions
- Prepare budget plan on CAPEX and OPEX
- Provide input for business plans related to new ideas and solutions.
- Responsible for generating/documenting Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, Business Request Documents
- Monitoring of competitive offerings
- Suggesting price revisions as required
- Self-improvement trainings
- Participate in Product trainings arranged for the sales & support teams in region.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering (Computers, IT, Telecom)
- MBA will be a plus
Experience:
- 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience in Telecom Sector with an operator or a vendor
