RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of assigned revenue target of Digital/Corporate services
- Improve receivables by 20% (applicable on 70% of services)
- Provide best in class customer experience by tailoring products as per customer needs and providing timely resolution
- Ensure retention of existing customers (2-5% improvement over baseline)
- Conversion of fresh business leads (new customer adding on)(Projected v/s Actual= 200%)
- Timely Revision of Existing Contracts / Agreements
- Manages corporate clients through service need analysis and after sales support
- Upskill training of subordinate staff (management & non-management staff)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Degree in Business Administration/BS/MS
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ of relevant Experience.
