MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommend methods to monitor, evaluate, or enable resolution of safety, operations, or compliance interruptions.

Design, development and implementation of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 standards in core IT department
-
Support in Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301:2012) implementation for critical services/platforms of Information Technology Department.

Facilitation for the development, standardization, auditing, improvement and sustainability of processes at each level and function of Information Technology Department.

Liaison with technical, commercial, corporate, HR and admin departments for effective implementation of business continuity arrangements.

Renewal of International standard certification of 'payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS) for cloud.

Ensure all aspects of quality activities for compliance with regulatory, operational and contractual requirements including ISO 9001:2015.

Development of reliable and cost-effective testing and quality assurance methods for assigned applications/sections.

Monitor resolution of governance interruptions.

Monitor key performance and key risk indicators, and escalate breaches in triggers or limits.

Ensure compliance with targets and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls and audit cycle.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors/Master’s degree (IT, Telecom Engineering) from HEC recognized University
-
Certifications in CGEIT, ITIL preferred.
Experience:
-
07 Years’ experience in relevant field.
