RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development:
- Develop products and services for Digital Services with the objective to deliver revenue targets and achieve great customer experience.
- Maintain and control detailed specifications for Digital Services products and services.
- Work with peers to develop products and propositions.
- Work with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes.
- Co-ordinate implementation of products between Technical and IT, customer service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications.
Product Management:
- Lead, manage and coordinate the end-to-end Digital Services product management plan and roadmap for the business, manage the communication of these across relevant stake holders, and manage the delivery, evolution and innovation of the Product roadmap.
- Proactively manage product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans
- Track market trends, pricing, and competition with respect to the product portfolio
- Prepare, store, disseminate and maintain all product documentation, such as Product Description, Service Level Agreements and Product Presentation
- Prepare budget plan and seek approvals on CAPEX and OPEX.
Pricing:
- Lead the design and delivery of the pricing strategy for Digital Services in context of overall function's strategy.
- Proactive development of new/innovative Pricing initiatives
- Manage and review customer specific offers from pricing perspective.
- Ensure appropriate customer discount levels are maintained and tracked.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of pricing successfully across the portfolio.
Support activities:
- Providing support from deployment of services to after sales support, coordinate with technical and legal departments for service level agreements, contracts, addendums, After sales support.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Computer Sciences/ Telecommunication/ Electrical Engineering. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 8 - 10 Years of product management and development experience preferably in Telecom sector
