Responsibilities:
- Right of Way (ROW) approvals from NHA, Railways, Federal, Provincial and District Governments
- Site Managements, approvals, NOCs from different government authorities, housing societies e.g. Cantonment Bords, DHAs, TMAs etc
- Site sharing as host and guest
- Follow up and settlement of litigation matters
- Renewal of expiring agreements
- Handling of theft and site access issues
- Follow up of court hearings and proceedings
- Out of court settlements
- Verification of network sites and updating of record of contracts, NOCs etc
- Ensure instant resolution of site access issues resulting in downtime
- To coordinate with government departments for arranging P-Deposit bills for relocation of PTCL network
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication)
Experience:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in relevant field
- LLB/MBA will be an added advantage.
- Telecom Industry, Project Management, Real Estate/ Site Acquisition Management experience preferred.
