Need an Online Accountant for an Offshore company in USA dealing in e-commerce.
- The candidate should be Karachi based and willing to join on full-time basis.
- The position involves remote working from 3pm-12am. Mondays to Friday full days, Saturdays on need basis, usually during monthly close.
- Candidate must have prior exposure of Accounting and Finance with working knowledge of SAP Business byDesign with a reputable organization.
Job entails the following:
- Process Vendor Payments and Customer Invoicing.
- Do weekly bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow reports
- Perform 3 way match in SAP Business bydesign for Supplier Invoices
- Assist Financial Controller in Monthly Closing and Reporting.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.
Skills/Competencies
- ACCA Full or Part Qualified
- 4+ experience in accounting and finance
Working knowledge of SAP Business bayesian is a MUST
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Must be fluent in spoken English as job will require communicating over phone/internet with US team members.
- Can-do positive attitude with eagerness to learn and find solutions.
- Self-starter who performs job with energy and ownership.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a diverse workload.
- ·Output driven, always eager to get the job done despite obstacles and move on.
