Plan and ensure implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities of electrical and mechanical domain.
Ensure quality repair of mechanical and electrical equipment at Foundry.
Regularly guide mechanical staff to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance thus reducing downtime of mechanical equipment.
Liaison with Head Works in developing and implementing Standard Operating procedures (SOP) related to electrical and mechanical domains.
Department Reporting.
Responsible to review the documents received from designers/consultants/service engineers and hence for material calculation, material evaluation/inspection required for new additional/project jobs being launched to enhance plant capacities.
