Acquire and issue required material on production floor as per plan to achieve the required chemical composition.

Allocate resources in cupola production in accordance with production plan.

Ensure cupola production in such a manner that defects/quality rejections does not exceed the defined limits.

Impart training to newly inducted In-charges, workers and monitor their performance during training.

Keep the staff shuffling between the shifts.
