Key Responcibilities:
- Develop and update work instruction manuals and SOPs for staff.
- Responsible to plan and ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure optimum operations of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment at Machine Shop.
- Ensure quality repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and fast breakdown of their maintenance
- Responsible to identify and lead the project of mechanical and electrical retrofitting of conventional machines to CNC.
- Produce machine parts drawing like gear, shafts, liners for reverse engineering.
