Position: Head Sales & Marketing (Male only)

Description:

Looking for the services of a qualified Head Sales & Marketing in a well-reputed developers & real estate company for their upcoming projects/campaigns, having an experience of 10-12 years as a head sales and marketing in real estate projects, with an attractive portfolio.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales and marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in heading the department of sales or marketing, with a reputed and attractive business portfolio.
Experience in management may be advantageous, understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing with strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills, and a useful social circle, which will help in the growth of the company.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to participate in making and implementing the company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining leads, to generate business.
Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities. Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level.
Updating knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management.
Providing guidelines and training to sales staff following up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
