The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and be a clear communicator, and also must stay current with new trends in web design. The candidate must write standards compliant XHTML/CSS code which is cross browser compatible.
The candidate must be familiar to common CSS problems and browsers CSS hacks.
Skills (Not all skills are necessary):
* Must understand the basic and complex HTML structure.
* Must know how to target the html according to parents because in some cases we will not be able to change the HTML code or classes, ids, etc.
* Basic experience using JS(moo-tools is a plus).
* A quick learner who wants to surround himself with a team.
