Comparison of financial results
Ensuring a system of internal audits and strong checks and balances
Ensuring accuracy of bookkeeping and enforcing proper accounting methods, principles and policies
Monitor payable and receivable aging and prepare cash flow projection
Advertising and Promotional Spend, Overhead Cost Control and Analysis
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department
Perform PEST and SWOT analysis for identification of risk and opportunities
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Any other tasks as assigned
