Quality Resource Private Limited is looking for HR Generalist who will be responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. Some of their typical duties include:

  • Creating plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities related to HR company operations. Produce and generate reports on general HR activity.
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  •  Evaluating employee performance and appraising their annual pay scale accordingly.
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Managing a recruitment plan, conducting reference checks and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
  • Creating orientation plans, exit interviews and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
  • Managing employee safety, welfare, and wellness education. Assist with internal and external HR related matters. Recommending HR strategies to motivate employees.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience in HR.
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Understanding about Flow HCM software will be a plus point.
