Quantum Intelligence works in the Artificial Intelligence area for our customers who are based in the US and Europe.
We are always looking for top talent, which makes this role quite challenging and interesting. We only recruit the best through a series of technical testing and interviewing.
We are looking for someone who has a flair for recruitment and HR and has 2-3 years' experience with the role.
ROLE:
1. Identifying exceptional talent through networking and on job sites like Rozee and LinkedIn
2. Working closely with top universities in the country to recruit from the graduating batches
3. Guiding the candidate through the screening process which involves extensive online testing (candidates take the tests on their own), and subsequent interviewing. This will be followed up with offer making and induction.
4. Keeping the recruitment system up-to-date and in sync.
5. Reporting to the VP of Operations
PERSONALITY TRAITS AND SKILLS:
1. A young talented woman with 2-3 years of experience in relevant industry
2. Dynamic with a lot of energy and bright outlook
3. Presentable with good written and spoken English
4. Comfortable with the MS Office suit
5. Good networking skills
