Export marketing division:
1) Daily correspondence with the existing and prospective customers.
2) searching for new customers on b2b websites and other search tools.
3) sending updates rates and qoutes as per customers requirements.
4) full responsibility of meeting export sales targets and searching new customers.
5) materializing the deal in liason with customers and management.
6) maintaining customer relationship. Export division:
7) coordinating with accounts department for issuance of invoices and costing matters.
8) Getting best possible freight from forwarding agent and shipping companies.
9) coordinating for shipment documents as per customer payment terms.
10) updating customer about shipment status promptly.
11) coordination of production and packaging material for export order.
