- Manage technical, financial and operational activities of dedicated projects.
- Engineering Management: Repair and maintenance of Cold Chain equipment (Generators, reefers and vehicles.
- Auditing equipment and maintenance of assigned region.
- Programming and installations of data logging instruments and control systems
- ERP integration of Cold Chain Management.
- Forward demands, summaries and planning to management for discussion and approval.
- Deal with vendors for designing and fabrication of equipment for Cold Chain Logistics.
- Visit stations and workshops to evaluate performance and quality of services.
- Project management: Supply chain and logistics services for distribution.
- Operations management of Cold Chain Logistics and transportation in Centre and North Region.
- Coordinate shipping of export cargo with AFU and ALW.
- Issue loading, unloading and dispatch plans to control room for strong follow up.
- Budgeting and control of primary and secondary transport movements.
- Coordinate with project coordinators/supervisors for smooth operations.
- Review daily and monthly project activity reports and highlight unwanted factors.
- Import of refrigeration systems, advanced tools, data acquisition systems and spare parts.
- Resource management and planning for cost efficiency.
- SOPs, PFCs (Process Flow Charts) and reports.
- Support and coordinate with commercial department for business development and sales.
- Costing and proposals of new projects and products.
- Preparing and managing financial budgets of ongoing and new projects.
- Designing brochures and presentation for marketing & business development.
- Visit clients/customers for feedback and improvement of services.
- Technical support and technical services for cold chain equipment
- Team Management: Leading technical & operational staff and coordinate to get optimum performance.
- Technical documentation, preparing inspection criterias, reports and monitoring Performas.
