Sales Manager

PKR. 8,000 - 10,000/Month

A. Business Sector: Bakery

B. Location: Bahria Town, Pindi/Islamabad

C. Timing: 8.5 hours daily

D. Major duties include:

1. Supervising Sales Staff,

2. Dealing with customers professionally and with due care

3. Ensuring and supervising food item closing at each day end by the sales staff is performed and is accurate

4. Ensuring that sales staff duly and accurately records each production. expiry, damaged , returns on 'Daily Sheet' and provides it to the Accountant on a daily basis and at times, assisting Accountant in case of any discrepancy

5. Ensuring labeling of all produced goods as per the requirements of FDA, Punjab

6. Ensuring maintenence of high level of cleanliness of area, equipments, machinery, counters, freezers, etc, on which food is stored in or otherwise handled on or with

7. Ensuring and managing attendance of sales staff

8. Ensuring high-level of personal hygiene of sales staff

9. Ensuring sales staff performs their duties in an ethical and moral way and with high standards

10. Product delivery at homes

11. Ensuring that demand for next day is daily provided to the production staff

12. Ensuring that all food variety is made available to the customers and continuously monitoring it for any damage or expiry

13. Ensuring all provided equipments and machinery is properly handled with due care

14. In case of any faulty equipment/machinery, notifying Manager immediately.

15. Maintaining daily required level of sale items

E. Equipments to be used: Barcode printer, weighing machine.

F. Leave Policy: Sundays only, depending on availability of backup staff. However, unavailed leaves may be availed within expiration of next 6 months.

G. Exit Policy: A prior notice of 15 days is required

H. What we will provide:

1. Residence

2. Monthly salary before the 10th of next month

3. Uniform,

4. Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, Dinner,

5. Allowances, in-kind, on local festivities (Eid),

6. Etc.
