Handling all customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS & Email
- Managing inbound and outbounds calls to and from customers
- Sending WhatsApp broadcast marketing messages to the customers
- Liasoning with the production team for any product issues and conveying to the customers
- accordingly
- Liasoning with the operations team for any order issues and making sure that the customers
- receive their orders on time
- Maintaining a record of all customer complaints and issues
- Liasoning with the operations team for any returns and exchanges
- Providing assistance in processing orders during pre-booking and launch
- Generating sales leads that turn into new customers
- Staying updated on product features and type
