Handling all customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS & Email

  •  Managing inbound and outbounds calls to and from customers
  •  Sending WhatsApp broadcast marketing messages to the customers
  •  Liasoning with the production team for any product issues and conveying to the customers
  • accordingly
  •  Liasoning with the operations team for any order issues and making sure that the customers
  • receive their orders on time
  •  Maintaining a record of all customer complaints and issues
  •  Liasoning with the operations team for any returns and exchanges
  •  Providing assistance in processing orders during pre-booking and launch
  •  Generating sales leads that turn into new customers
  •  Staying updated on product features and type
