Store Purchaser

We require a Store Purchaser for our factory located at S.I.T.E, Karachi. Candidate who knows the markets routes of Karachi and is already directly involved in purchasing is preferred. Also knowledge of workshops locations carrying out different outsourcing works would be an added advantage. Candidate must have a valid motorcycle driving license.

Job Description:

1. Item inquiry/quotations.

2. Make price comparison report before purchasing of goods.

3. Evaluate all purchase orders on regular basis.

4. Prepare all reports to identify cost cutting initiatives.

5. Ability to understand online and physical market places.

6. Maintain records of goods ordered.

7. Assure best Quality Purchase and timely delivery.

8. Follow up on Purchase requisition with departments.

9. Maintain all documents, products Catalogues, Price Lists, Samples and other related forms.

10. Keep history of all major purchases and analyze trend of consumption.

11. Ability to identify and negotiate with vendors and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.

12. An excellent standard of numeracy in order to analyse facts and figures.

13. Any other duties assigned by Management.

Note: Salary will be negotiated according to experience. Company offers benefits including medical allowances and gratuity for its employees.
