We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and apply them together to create the buildings.

Manage technical drawings, plans and ensure standardization of Construction Standards.
Must have experience of high-rise buildings and multistory buildings. Prefab will be a plus.
Interior design knowledge and working experience will be a plus.
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
To prepare a regular report, keep all site records and documentation.
To ensure works done by sub-contractors are compliant with all technical requirements and specifications.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, standards especially health and safety standards.
To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.
Monitoring all Vendor / sub-cons’ work progress and dealing.
