职位介绍

Overall Purpose:

  • Responsible for executing the activities of engineering services on medical lab equipments in the region.
  • Having knowledge of the organization, the business and after sales service strategies.
  • Participates in the development of the service strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Daily Call Plans according to customer call priority.
  • Prepare a schedule of preventive maintenance for all key customers of the area and ensure implementation.
  • Entertain all service complaints regarding devices in the region.
  • Ensure effective coverage of the designated market segments i.e. Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation and Immunoassay.
  • Serves the needs and requirements of the key customers/opinion leaders
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
  • Provides key communication linkage among engineering, sales, and other functions.
  • Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
