We are looking for a Real Estate Sales OfficerSales

Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers, prospective customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales.
Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the right property for to suit their needs.
Networks, prospects and generates sales leads
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Follows up on sales leads with potential customers
Works closely with the Social Media Marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market

After Sales

Provides after sales support to customers including following up for the due payment as required.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Market Knowledge

Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Minimum 3 years experience in sales ONLY in the real estate/ property sector
Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences, and current trends
Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Societies like DHA/ Bahria Town/ Sui Gas/ State Life etc.
